Thanks. Its a place called Moana, which despite sounding like its in NZ, is actually in South Australia, about 45 minutes south of Adelaide.

That's all I got at the moment. Just bought a Nikon D90. Looked at Canon 60d but for the price decided D90 more what I wanted and more compact in size. Plus kit lens has some glass in it :)

Now I want the D7000 but alas....one must make do and this is still a very capable camera.

First shoot with the new 60D, just with the 50mm 1.8f, no set subject, just stuff around the house/section.

Noice Wuffy....intersted in your thoughts on the 60D after you have accquainted yourself with it! I looked at one too - but decided to go with the NIkon to use the brilliant 50mm 1.8 that I have from my FM10 manual film camera  That and it was considerably cheaper.

Or should I say 70mm-ish. Dam you APS-C crop factor :satan:

Well it was either a 50mm or an 18-55 and they're generally nothing special so I went with something I was planning on buying anyway. Filming some DH this weekend hopefully and some motocross so will link video back to here with results.

If its for video & canon then look at the mk1 50/1.8 much better manual focusing ring.

I'm not sure the sort of depraved acts you get up to need to be caught on film, Angry....
