That's awesome! How did you get that lens effect? Is it photoshopped or is it a lens you can purchase?

It was just done using 'pin hole effect' on my digi, and then changed the colour n' saturation and all that kinda stuff on the computer.

Looks like a pretty standard vignette, easily added in photoshop/lightroom/your preferred editing software.

Nice pic too

This is in the Hanging tower in the Adelaide Gaol. This room is where the prisoner would spend his final hours before being lead through to the gallows chamber through the door. The place gave me a serious case of the hibbidibiddis

That's an awesome shot - gives me the shits just looking at that! Had similar feelings to yours when we visited the old gaol in Melbourne, freaky freaky feeling being inside that place. Not to mention the "death masks"...

Question: remote shutter releases. Looking into getting one (haven't searched yet), is there many different choices, or is ot pretty much "you've got X camera so you'll need an X camera remote"?

For a 450D if that makes any diffference.

Tonnes of cheap shutter remotes on ebay and tardme. No need to buy an overpriced Canon branded one.
