Shit pic I know but on the the subject of spiders here is one I saw in aussie, was around 30 cm long (including legs).

In a similar vein to the policeman one, I saw a cop holding the hand of a circa 4 year old girl as they walked down the footpath the other day. Made me wish I had a camera with me, and some photography skills.
