What time of night is that? Because the sky looks very blue. Is that because the evening is still young? Or high exposure? Editing? ....

Dude - my sister won the Spot On (remember Spot On - the TV show?) photo competition in about 1984 with a photo from that exact spot! Only difference is it had me sitting on the end of the jetty. Well, and hers was shot on a box brownie camera too!!!
(it is the jetty at the St Arnurd end of the lake - the one off to the left in the main carpark?)
