A few shots I took while walking back from Dinner in Dunners on Wed night.... need to work on the flare a bit...

And I kinda want to get a Tilt Shift lens too :-)

:pmob: Loving your 4-shot set AgrAde. You appear like some kind of philosopher with that. Coathanger one makes sense of it all to me. Deep and real.

1st shot
Sigma 14mm f2.8 Prime
ISO 100
20s @ f6.3
EOS 20D

2nd Shot
I took a few... I had a big light behind me and it keep ending up over exp[osed.. On reflectio it was light through the viewfinder causing me issues... but I just dialed back the EV 1.5 stops.
Sigma 14mm f2.8 Prime
ISO 100
15s @ f6.3
EOS 20D

In both cases I just had the camera on the ground propped up by some flter cases... Couldn't get to the viewfinder so just point the ens in the general direction :-)
A perspective control lens would have been nice... as woud a triod with a decent head... Had my Gorillapod in the back but that's no good for portrait orientation.

Do many of you guys use an additional flash (not the pop up one) for a lot of your works?

Saving to get a Flash Gun....

I use the onboard flash as a fill in flash mainly.

Is there anyone from Christchurch here, who wouldn't mind having someone tag along and learn some tricks off?

Great pics, they'd be great as liners on a CD cover I reckon. Very cool!
