TB: Work Party On Wellington 4x Track

Hey up. The 4x track for the National Champs has been bulldozed and your help is needed to groom it. Hadley will be up there on Sunday needing helpers. The Wellington MTB club are providing tools. Bring your own if you can though.

The course is on Mt Albert, at the dog walking area, behind the Hockey Stadium. Head right at the roundabout at the end of Ridderford St, head up the hill and park in the car park. A walkway will take you to the course.

...and we definitely need some help here. There isn't a lot of time to pull the course together so the more we get building the sooner the weeknight racing will start...

Probably until we either get it done or fall over with no energy left. Whatever time you can donate will be useful though.

yea if you can bring some tools that would be mint, the club will bring some but its always hard to predict how many people will turn up.

Location: Head for Newtown and follow Riddiford St in strait line onto Russell Tce and then onto Mt Albert rd. Parking will be limited at the top of the course so we are asking people to park at the Hockey Stadium Car park (green arrow on map).
from the top of the carpark there is a paved walking track shortcut to the track.
