Mt Vic to Houghton Bay in both directions, twice, then the Transient to Red Rocks stretch after work. I found Red Rocks very sketchy. Super dry and tricky to see various track features in the glaring sunshine and dust. I had to slow down

And the head wind around the coast was nasty

i didnt hear any reports of shuttle carnage. kind of laid them gentlely up a tussock slope - with track staff guiding the bikes safely.
