from home I moseyed up mt vic and did a run of the ridgeline, then back up to the top. Down the north face to oriental bay, around the waterfront to the railway station. Back through town stopping at a few parks to have a wee play :paranoid:

then back home. A good way to make yourself tired.

shit it would have been arsum as there was no wind.....

Well I may have ridden on the road, but it was on my mtb with the knobblies on... And I am training for a mtb trip...

Headed out the Makara loop but extended it up to Titahi Bay - 65km and I'm stuffed!! :)

Between Makara & JVille, the same boy-racerish car passed me three times - rather weird as hadn't noticed them pulled in anywhere or come back in the other direction - driving around and around the Makara Loop???

well hadn`t been out to woodhill for a while
(lack of rain in the sand based traps make it not worth the hour drive)
but since the rain showed yesterday and today went out and the tracks are riding nice
tried out a few saddle positions
lots of people out there car parks were full and most trails were busy populated should last for the week with the amount of water out there

Cougar park. It was kind of confusing in places, felt lost-ish for a while even with a map in hand. Nothing there justified hauling my heavy-ass bike round, would be good on an XC bike though.

Went up Rapaki, along the traverse track to top of Vic park, down Gums and Cool Runnings. Damn I love my Bike, it eats rocks for breakfast :D Didn't feel like i had done enough so went and did a lap out bottle puddle, tracks are so damn fast out there, I'm using my 2.3 fattie for strength training, if i can push them along fast I cant wait to put the skinnies on!

Well you keep deferring your study in favour of titilating your flatmates with furniture moving
