Hmmmmmm, no - Batman is a superhero. He's conducted feats of amazing daring, and done stuff that would surely have caused a mere mortal to perish. He may not have any definable superpowers like Superman does, but he's certainly got the super-X-factor that allows him to kick arse.

Yep, Batman is a superhero no doubt, but the lack of super-powers does make him the coolest of all. The only guy to ever defeat Superman without using Green Kryptonite or a red sun makes him the coolest evar.
