He's been a bit freaked by bikes since he had a near miss with one a few months ago, so had been a bit nervous about trying it out. (and wary* of not running him too much when he's still young - Golden Retrivers are reknown for their hip displasia)
But it went awesomely! He loves my clicky freehub, when he gets distracted I can just stop pedalling and he starts following again! Never ran in front of me once either, but wasn't scared of the bike either. Was dark tonight (second ride/run) and I clipped a spare flashing red bike light to his collar - instant dog tracking device, never lost sight of him down the reserve once!
