Er...no.

Suffice it to say, it is an old 62cm Mitchell Ishiwata 024 sprinters frame, painted fluoro yellow, fading into fluoro orange, and with an equally fluoro pink bottom bracket area...

It is only redeemed by it's way cool Pinarello transfers.

Oh, and sorry for the thread hijacking baiting of fox. :paranoid:

Note the bolt through seat post

That seat is as high as it can go, but its still way to low to ride comfortably, and I am a wee bastard. The frame is also tiny.

Also, this may be for sale for around $100 with rigid forks in the near future if anyone is keen. Or AgrAde may claim it.

If you have vertical drop outs you will generally 90% off the time need a tensioner.

If you horizontal or adjustable drop outs you can tenstion the chain by moving the hub further away from the bottom bracket.

cant remeber if i posted a pic of this in here yet....
1988 or 89 Specialized rockhopper comp frame with the very first generation Rockshocks

just changed to a lower and shorter stem and put my proper single speed gears on it so hopefully it has sorted the chain derailment under powerwhile at speed issue it was suffering  .
still has the 1 inch head tube in it. havnt decided if i will get Kiwibikes to put a 1 1/8 tube in or just get some 1 inch rigid forks for it, i dont think the RS-1s will last all that much longer, and i want to put discs on one day too

Anyone interested in a Saturday SS Mobbing at Rotorua say mid-December ?

Sifty fun ride - not too DH, not to XC ?

Maybe if there was enough interest we could split in to groups depending on what riding people wanted to do.
