Recently in Taupo working so did the K2K from Whangamata Road thru Kinloch and then on to Whakaipo. This is an extension of the w2k track. Absolutely brilliant piece of track with a great surface, views and is great fun. Left one vehicle at Whakaipo and then drove to Whangamata Road and rode back with a café stop in Kinloch. A must do in Taupo. I understand there are companies that do a bus shuttle.

Went for a ride today but took longer than usual due to some atmospheric conditions. :)

St Clair to the top of the Karetai Track by road, and down the track.. then back.. sort of.. flat tyre.. was just slippery enough to be amusing!

Craigieburn yesterday.
Oh how I love the Luge
Had so much fun smashing roots and getting all sorts of loose.
Ran outta puff 3/4 down and somehow the front wheel made its way off the side of one of the bridges.
Insta-scorpion!
Pummeled my face into the bog and ate shit (well, mud really).
Ouch.
Glad I have a small nose or else it probably would be very sore today.
Reminded me why I shouldn't enter the Enduro race there

Had a good hit out today, I don't know all the names but went up transient, then up to the wind mill, car parts? Barking emu, roller coaster, um, is there another one in there, then red rocks, not down the crazy steep bit but down the switch back bit. Unfortunately one of the guys in the group got a flat just before the switch back bit so it took a longtime to come out with him walking his bike... I like that loop though!!
