It was a HORRIBLE night! Trees fell to the ground! The Wind was like a rhinceros! Each flash of lightening lasted an hour! And in the stinking hovel where Mr and Mrs Fegg did their dark deeds which no one dared talk about, there was a wail and a roar! A scream so loud you could see it hurtle out of the chimney!There was a crash so loud that the roof flew off and aaaaaaaaarrrrrgh! HORRORS! Fegg was born!
His parents took one look at him and fled.
Fegg grabbed an axe and smashed down the door! Grrrrrrr!

Finally feeling like I am getting back into riding.

I've got motivation, a solid schedule coming up, am braving rides that don't suit me and feel like my fitness is starting to come back (slowly).

Next steps: sort out coaching again, sell organs to fund new bike

Dr Fegg's Encyclopedia of All World Knowledge. (Formerly The Nasty Book)

Oli, I believe, has the earlier version " The Nasty Book for Boys and Girls"

Riding to work this morning and saw a guy in a wheelchair with two dogs tied to the front of it barrelling along the footpath, must have been doing 25kmh!

Awesome. I found GOD- he's been building tracks at whakarewarewa.
To complete the experience, after your ride pop into zippy's, its the cafe with the bike stands outside and then a hot pool.
