At Playtime this morning some girls came back into the class (year 5 & 6) to say they were scared to go into the girls loos because a pigeon was in there.
In I went (probably should’ve got a woman teacher to do it :blush:

), managed to trap the bird and brought it out to show kids (a few of them gave it a pat

).

I then released it before it pooped on my hand :eh:

Odd general knowledge thing of the day. Did you know that the South Island has only been called that since 1905. Prior to then it was called Middle Island.

I finally decided I should do something about my benchgrinder – in the way and not bolted down (been that way for months :blush:

).

Less than 10 mins later it’s where it needs to be and won’t be moving in a hurry :thumbsup:
