Parts stripped from old frame and headset in new one. It's all downhill from here 
BTW, threaded bolt, two washers and some patience is the cheapest/safest way to get a headset in your frame at home

Finished! Spent a long time on it, as it appears they got it right this time. I actually cleaned & lubed my old parts too..!
