This looked cool in my head, but I think it would look better with a Green apple and a stainless steel background.
The shutter speed in this photo was 1/200 at F7.2 though it's not nearly crisp as I would like it to be, maybe something around 1/1000 would be better.

Caught these on my way into the office this morning.

Just heard back from my local Shop concerning the 24-70 f2.8 Sigma I sold a week or two ago.

According to them, the 550D (what the man who bought my lens has) and Sigma lenses, aren't very consistent together, and have focusing issues due to Sigma reverse engineering the lenses, and the 550D being a relatively new Model.

Which pretty much clears up any worries I had surrounding front focusing problems of the lens itself.

Basically, it now rests on the Buyers shoulders, as he should've done the research before making the purchase. Even if he is not happy with the result, I'm fine with 1 negative feedback on trademe, and to be fair, I sold him a perfectly good working product, he just didn't bother to check if it would work well or not on his equipment. So any issues he has, he can take up with trademe now.

Spent last week in Wanaka, a couple of photos. As usual, too slack to take more, I find a SLR heavy to just carry around while doing other stuff.

Can you talk us through any post processing that you've done on that?

Taken with a canon 450D with a 50mm 1.4. Post processing is the very exclusive picassa3 , click on auto colour and auto contrast. If it looks good it stays, if not, unclick. Thats the sum of my skills
