Sure, fetus might be used in your medical journals but it's not common usage for lay people, hence you can't correct anyone for using what is, by all but a narrow and specialised definition, in fact, the correct spelling.

Back on subject, while waiting for a client to collect his bike I finished revivifying my middle son's old bike for my youngest son, just in time for Wheels Day at school tomorrow. Hopefully Bodhi has as much fun as Harry did on the Mighty Mudslinger! :thumbsup:

interestingly enough the FOE spelling is commonly used by medical people to prove how superior they are by saying ""no no that American spelling is wrong the proper spelling is F O E T . . . .". its much fun to then point out it is Pedantically speeking incorrecT.

still Most Drs I know under 40 can't spell ophthalmologist (or HGPRT) so WTF do they know . . . . . :blink:
