I left the house at 10.37 for a ride to Eastbourne. I was first up all the hills (Petone Overbridge, Hutt River Overbridge) because I was the only one there. As I had no close calls with any motorists I decided to take down some random numbers and file a few Roadwatch reports anyway. :)

Someones been listening to too many tales about the aka's at night. We all know what lurks beneath.....we just don't mention it....muhahahaha

It's probably Nick Lowe hiding in embarrassment because you caught him riding with his clothes on.

You obviously showed some good skills out there today Oli - like you I sometimes feel that we're missing out on something in Welly because we don't have enough psycho drivers. :D

Went out at 5.45 this morning for 45mins to see how the new bike went. Its goes way betterer than I do.

Does this qualify we to be a roady? Ive not snobbed any MTBers yet though but Im sure I can get that done over the weekend. :D

No roadwatch reports but it was to dark to see number plates. Please forward me your plate number so I can report it. ;)

Isn't the harbour just gorgeous when it's that calm. :)

Just went for a small ride through to Lyttleton. Up and over to Sumner and back. Left it a bit late so it was quite dark heading from the CBD to Riccarton. Joined a group of cyclists as they were heading over Evans seemed like a good amount of cyclists out given how late it was.

Bunch ride with pedal pushers tonight. Going a bit faster than their usual 27 which was nice, and really well organised. Rode back to Feilding with Cooper and then on up to Hiwinui and back to town. A few spots of rain here and there and fog thick enough to make me slow down.

First decent ride in three weeks due to a cold. Feeling good. :)

No doubt the little one will bring some fresh germs home from daycare next week. :(
