Where were those taken? First is a rattler but the second looks possibly a taipan.

Sydney Wildlife World, Everything they have there are Australian fauna, so no, it aint a rattler! I think it is venomous though.

Might be a death adder then... but that looks very much like a rattle on the end of its tail.

I'm looking for a new camera, needs to be on the compact side of life, runs on AA batteries and have shutter and aperture priority, anyone got any recommendations?

And yes I realise this is vorb so I will be supprised if I get any sensible advise.
