my mates just bought a new play bike so it was my first ride on a DH rig...man what a difference.you can hit some shit with big travel,eh...
i can see it becoming addictive...(gonna need to rob a bank to get a DH rig)

Friday night we pushed up to the ridge-line and descended down Whites Bay Loop...lots of fun,especially with lights

yay it worked...

Yesterday: Tahi, Creek, Pig Link, A trail, Tickler, Bunny Jugs, Dragons Tail down to Duck Pond, Dipper. First shot at single speed. Loved it.

Todays riding involved planks and snow at Whakapapa. Beaut day.

I did the Rotorua MTB club race "mudbuster" had a ball, results , well um yeah, O.T.A. is probably a fitting description (I just hope I wasn't D.F.L)

Here's 4 photos of my ride this morning. I'll leave it up to you to decide where these were taken. I'd say a few of the locals will be able to chime in quite easily

3rd one looks like top of HXB, 4th one is the new Dragons Tail extension (WTF?), 1st one could be near the end of BRN2, 2nd one I have no idea, maybe Yellow Brick Rd or Pondy New perhaps...
