Excellent - another 2hours on bike. After 8 weeks off, I'm happy. No mojo / fitness / strength, but happy.

Just need to get on top of things before I end up in Northern Italy doing big rides.

I wrote a whole ride report thing, then for some reason it got lost. Fuck it all, there were even some funny bits.

From home in Karori, on the road to Wainui, along Rata Ridge to Mt Lowry, down into Wainui, up the Crazymaing climb, along to Stokes Valley, down to the Hutt River trail, up the streets to Belmont, bumped into The Godfather (Marco), Round Knob, Takapu Road, Truscott Park, Mt Kaukau, Makara (Varleys/Zacs/RL/etc), Salvation, Hawkins Hill, Red Rocks, Mt Albert, Mt Vic, home.

yea pretty much..i had been for a road ride in the morning couldn't be stuffed doing to much...you no the guy i was riding with on the hard tail?well his chain broke on the way to wellington station and he had to do a running start every time we stopped and i was pushing him on the flat bits till we got to the down bit on the road.. was funny as..
