Today was good day.

I rode to work feeling strong, it took me 1:25 to do my 43kms. After working 9 hours, I rode home, 1:26 for the return 43kms. I had a 30km/h average for the 86km return trip, and stood on my feet for 9 hours!

Yeah you have, but I just can't work sitting down. It feels 'lazy' :blush:
