Fallout 3: Where Should I Explore?

I'm about level 9 in Fallout 3 at the moment, just finished the "Wasteland Survival Guide" quests and wondering where I should poke around in next. I've knocked around Rivet City a bit but feel the urge to wander off and get in trouble.

What are your suggestions? :eh:

a rocket in the face to the guy at the gate of paradise falls is always fun

Which area of the map is that?

I rescued a Wastelander from some Supermutants yesterday - they're a lot less scary when you have a Missile Launcher and a Mini Gun :thumbsup:

Go into the DC city ruins (via a subway). Lots of cool shit in thurr.

evergreen mills is down bottom left sort of area of the map, paradise falls is about the middle

lincolns repeater is awesome, as is a321r12324 whatever it is plasma rifle

off topic, but i always thought an awesome perk to match canniblism in the game would be the ability to rape, whether the victim be alive or not.

Just wander about. North is good and moderately difficult. The Republic of Dave is kind of, er, odd. North East corner.

West is scary hard till you're up in the levels a bit further (deathclaws)

oh, sorry - if you're in the NE, don't go into Old Olney...

the old olney sewers have the fancy medical power armour but (complete with rad anti commie voice overs and so forth) but can be tricky if your character is lowish level

Yep and you can also get the best armor in the game: T-51b Power Armour at fort constantine. But you need the quest "You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head" to get the keys to access the armour at the fort.

Running around with all manner of wildlife running after you is fun, especially while dropping bottlecap mines, frag mines etc.

Also wiping out those primadonnas at the big base, (I forget the name) with the epic robot of Worstdesignever is fun also.
