Yeah it was pretty cool :D most of my time was spent servicing SIDs, apart from fixing Sam Hill's brakes last thing before we shut the tent the night before the Championship race :D

Nah it was cool dude, she had been sick for about 5 years previous, so we knew it was coming. I'm just glad it didn't happen 2 weeks later.

We replaced a few MoCo's with updated Blackbox ones, and tuned others. And then obviously seals etc.

[edit]Suffice to say, my SID WC's feel pretty damn nice. In fact so do my BoXXer WC's for that matter [/edit]

Had customer in yesterday saying this wheel just needed tightening up. He would not believe me so round 2 starts today. Below is the axle that he thinks is fine. How do I get the problem through to him? :D

a bigger hammer!

applied to either the axle or the customer should work fine.
probably better applied to the customer though.

show him a normal one, if he doesn't get it then, tell him to go somewhere else.

Tell him he was very fortunate, because most manufacturers don't go to the effort of pre wearing out parts for bikes. So have saved him months of riding! ;)
