I slipped off the first time, but it was wet, or at least that's my excuse and I'm sticking too it!

Broken.....

Vet class ride (with token young punk Conner) with Jonny, Jason, Dave, Warrick and me, up Mt Vic with interesting route choice (cheers dave, but I didn't really need that staircase training just yet), down, up Backdoor, up carparts, down redrocks, up Long Gully, fenceline, down deliverence, choccie milk and snake break at Karori Park, then Rimu, up the snakecharmer, ridgeline, extension, Koru, Salvation, scout hall, goldmine...............and a broken slow ride up Brooklyn hill

if only I'd known you were going - we bumped into someone from Dunedin who wanted to ride Karapoti - I think he was just going to head out on his own with a map.

I rode Lazy Fern for the first time today - it was fun

Waiwhero's - Bush track, Espresso, (beer stop), Woods Rd, home.

Road - Lower Moutere to Riwaka Source and back. Almost got a boat up my butt from some kickhead Range Rover driver.

Q: What's the diff between a hedgehog and a Range Rover?
A: A hedgehog has the pricks on the outside.

From wadestown across to mt vic, for a 3 hour sift with grant and rod. Then across to mt albert, and a 30 minute play at karitane, then back through newtown and up into brooklyn to deliver some invites, and finally down the rollercoaster and back home. I was a bit tired by the time that I got to curtis street, and riding into the northerly might have been a bit slow :)

Still, today I feel good for it all, and looking forward to something else in the coming week...

Saw earlier in the thread the Rimu track mentioned. Is this the one at Makara and is it open?
