Surpirsingly, a parking warden made me go WOOT! I got caught in a meeting, my ticket had expired, and a parking warden was standing in front of the car punching in details when I returned to my car. I kindly asked if it was too late to avoid a tciket and he said no, off you go (which I did, as he ticketed the next car along).
