This weekend was a good one for me to go riding so :D :D :D

Saturday = Wharfedale :thumbsup:

Sunday = a trip up to Picton to do some of my favorite track on the Queen Charlotte (Kenepuru Saddle to Ships Cove return and Te Mahia Saddle to Anakiwa return)
81 kms of glorious singletrack. :sly: :thumbsup:

Monday = Blowhard track on Mt Richardson, but I was a bit late (and tired) to go all the way up. :sleeping:

I love weekends like this :exclaim:

Since I had not managed to get on the bike all weekend I went for a blast on the roads around fernside, Mandeville North and Ohoka before heading home. Did not want to go on the gravel as I just cleaned the chain drive and it would get all dusty again... pretty lame excuse :blush:

From the Te Mahia Saddle to Anakiwa took a bit over an hour,

however I was taking it easy because by then I was a bit tired and being on my own and all that.......

The ride back along the track from Anakiwa to the car was a great night ride with the lights of the Bays and yachts and lots of possums jumping out onto the track.

:thumbsup: QCW :thumbsup:

Awesome day in well today. Sunny not a breath of wind and even warm.

Did a loop of goldmine then sifted at declans shop for a while. Headed up Mt Vic which just about killed me. Almost wished I had gears.

Cruized around some of the tracks and say a huge monach butterfly :)

Some random yelled "ss rule" at me from their car on the road ride home. Good times.
