Ah the bike went so damn well. Bit hard going uphill but daaamn its good going down the otherside.

All and all a mint ride.

After seeing mtbrats great photos I felt guilty not having been for a ride today. So donning the lights I went for a blast around town in the dark. Oddly the ride seemed to finish at the bar....

Dragged NzKel out to Bottle lake to tryout the new lights, 1st night ride since my crash last May. WICKED!! apart from a battery failure half way round, will make sure batteries fully charged next time :blush:

atleast i carried a spare for that very reason :paranoid:

Did a lap of Mcleans Isl, going to Bottle Lake tomorrow to see what its like out there before Night Racing and the Winter Series. Havnt been there in about a year i rekon.

Drove all the way from Tauranga with a carload of mates to vegas. Only to discover Southstar pulled out of shuttles. This emoticon :satan:

doesnt present my anger and frustration slightly. However I didnt feel as bad when I heard the people next to me drove all the way from Auckland for the shuttles and another from Hamilton. grrrrr...
