what is it with sheep and wet weather - they seem to congregate on the tracks. The bit of the traverse track just before vic park is the same right now - smellllllyyyyyy

looks nice out there now - what's the bet it'll turn back to rubbish just in time for me to leave work though

NFDC and i went up to the Makara Peak today to test out our new rides and to play around at the skills area for a bit, I broke the freehub and NFDC has some bushing issue but all in all a good ride.

We also meet, Tama and other Vorber along the way, even JK

Today since no one was keen on Mt Vic decided to go for a sift up Karitane with ricky_tan twas pretty fun day. Bloody hot though but nice and mellow ride.

I rode down from Horokiwi Rd to Baked bean bend then Korokoro today. The bit down from Horokiwi road was so overgrown with long grass that finding the track was a bit difficult at times.

Pixies have also been very busy on the section between baked bean bean and the Korokoro track. I might have a go at clearing it on Sundays ride

I did take pictures but I haven't yet set up the phone sync with the new laptop yet.
