the holy roller is very grippy even when wet, and the moto doesnt wash out on me. some people say motos run slower than holys so if you like all the help you can get to go fast maybe the holy rollers is what you want

Retro Styles Y'all!

Postby fennaboy on Tue 14/Nov/06 12:08pm

This is the start of the Mongoose retro single speed. Have since fitted a proper chain tensioner and a less phat saddle. She's a beauty!

Well, are they antique? ;-) I need to work on one of the shifters as the mount bolt thread's stripped so will get back to you once I've fixed it..... Whatcha buliding?

There's a nearly unused Diamond Back Apex (or is it an Axis?) frame/forks on my garage wall that deserves to become my touring machine. Long term project. Circa 1993 - black with green splatter paint.

I can always fix up that thread... I have access to people who can work magic with knackered threads.
