Stevvo (XC MTB) demonstrates the proper post ride workout.
Beer, Steak & cheese pie (with extra cheese),
wedges,
and a workout on a Chuck Norris total gym.

my post ride workout consists of the following

1:upper arm strengtheing (putting the bike on the rack)
2: arm and leg endurance training (operating the pedals, gearstick and steering wheel in my car)
3:HEALTHY EATING (typically 2 pies from the local BP garage)
4:hydration (2 bottles of V from said garage)
5:mental training (laughing at myself for whatever crash or broken bike component may have resulted from the day, or the lack there-of)

Hope this helps all you poor individuals out there who just wish you had my amazing skills and stamina :)
