Hmmm, the only game on XBox worth playing for more than 30secs (but less then 10min) being made into a movie... It's going to suck.

They made Doom into a movie and it has a team of dudes, Doom doesn't have teams in it, it has 1 tough ass cunnzor with plasma and rockets and shells. Looks shit.

Hmmm... considering it took 12 years for the DOOM movie to come out this must be the new fashion.

And considering what a yawn-fest Halo is I think I'll wait for the Half-life movie to come out :p

That would be worth seeing, as long as they didn't hollywoodfy it. Who do you think could play gordon? I'd go with Angelina Jolie for Alex

Or Rollercoaster Tycoon

Or even GTA:SA

But why Halo? :(

I am hoping the Aeon Flux movie is good/not horrible. Not sure about Charlize Theron in the lead tho.

They are doing a game to be released at the same time as the movie.

Is that really true? Holy crap I feel sorry for X-Box owners, if Halo was the best game until GTA San Andreas finally got ported owning an X-Box must of been pretty miserable experience.

My review of Halo after playing it for an evening (which was enough thank you very much)
Like Doom (which was released in 1993,) except with better graphics and none of the originality. The End.

On the brightside I have faith in Peter Jackson and his crew to have the skills to make a silk purse out of a sows ear

That's what I was asking - my only experience of X-Box has been Ha-yawn-lo - so I was surprised to read that it is the best selling title for the X-Box. My only guess is that they sold it to lots of younglings who'd never seen Doom/ Quake or Halflife.
