Yeah, but nar.

Until they ditch the 90 degree V twin, they're going to have the same issues they're having in MotoGP. It needs to be 45 degrees. and aircooled. and tuned for torque. and hopefully they'll put a decent seat on it, and ditch the stupid handlebars, put some nicer ones on there. and shift the footpedgs so you dont have to scrunch your legs up in the classic "I am making sweet sweet love to this football" position. Then we'd be talking.

Careless Chucker might disagree with you on that one ;)

I have a VFR400 NC30 rolling chassis with rego on hold, I am just sorting that out, but the plan is an RZ350 motor, or some sort of hot two stroke. Its because I can't afford this:

A random post but just a little heads up about "Zeitgeist" - a great ' bikers' pub I found in San Francisco near end of recent travels - it is a favored hangout of cyclists (messengers & singlespeeding dudes & dames) and motorcyclists. A bit like an urban Blackball Hilton it is somewhat dark & grungy, has lots of interesting beers on tap, a large graveled courtyard with picnic tables, and novel signage.

Zeitgeist, cnr Valencia Street & Duboce Avenue, just south of Market Street, in the Mission area. Definitely worth a visit.

I finally set to and welded my SR frame back together today :) The hardest part is now over. I might even get it back on the road for (if we have a :eh: ) Summer :)

I’ve since ground down the welds and I need to check if the frame is ‘watertight’ as it’s an oil in the frame model.
