That's not salsa, that's tomato sauce. Salsa needs unholy amounts of chilli.

well it was raw, and for 'dipping' so it suited it purpose. I made another one another day that had teeny tiny chopped bits of celery and a red pepper rather than a green one. Was pretty. Besides, the raw onion gives it a nice TWANG.
