Just rewatched Bullit on youtube, the cars seem so ponderous (handling-wise) now, but it was brilliant in the day. Honourable mention to 'The Burglers' for Fiat destruction esp from 6.20 in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcBJb30YHX4

Have to go with Ronin though for the win

My favourites:

"The Driver" - awesome high speen runs through the city and a highly technical dissection of a Merc by Ryan O'Neil
"Grindhouse" - Quentin Tarantino, with NZ's own Zoe Bell strapped to the bonnet. Must see!

One car, one driver. Nic Cage version of Gone in 60 seconds... They built 11 versions of Eleanor for the film and warmed over with digital effects.

I'm gonna reply with a car race video, my favorite one in fact - it's technically a "chase" as the driver is chasing the best time up Pike's Peak:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climb_Dance :satan:

Climb Dance is a famous cinéma vérité short film, which features Finnish rally driver Ari Vatanen setting a record time in a highly modified four-wheel drive, all-wheel steering Peugeot 405 Turbo 16 GR at the 1988 Pikes Peak International Hillclimb in Colorado, USA. The film was produced by Peugeot and directed by Jean Louis Mourey. The record time set was 10:47.77
