Beer.

Postby Henry Dorset Case on Thu 25/Oct/07 2:19pm

Beer is good.

One of my favourites presently is "The Green Man" from dunedin. a very nice lager. Made by an english man and a german man.

I also like the products of the Wigram brewery here in chur chur.

Also Moa beer from Nelson.

I dont drink Steinlager any more because of their rugby connection, nor Heineken for the same reason.

Small, independently owned micro breweries are where its at.

Recommend me some to try.

Founders have some nice beers, as do Tuatara. I'm loving Mac's Great White at the moment.

Well not right at this moment... :paranoid:

I'm loving the 0.6% one i've found in Chaffers New World...some German stuff i think. Thirst quenching, with the placebo effect that socialising with friends gives, without the hangover or inability to drive!

Takawa ale is good. It's indigenous apparently.
Fouders, Emmersons are also rather tasty.
I'm liking Macs sassy red at the moment, and my homebrew.
