Back in the day when we were snot nosed kids larking about on bikes blokes like this with a bark like a sergeant-major and fists the size of hams would pop up from time to time and bellow at us to keep us in line - I guess it's a community thing. We were never stupid enough to face up and argue, we would have got a proper hiding but we had the wheels so we used them. What is the lesson here? Respect other people and their property when you ride and you'll get the same back.
