For us, only if its 1, 2 or 3, and we have no recorder device Unless this comes along there just isnt enough on the box to bother spending money to improve reception etc etc etc.

So yes, bring on good NZ cycling shows!

A good time to air would be instead of that stupid bride tv show on recently. That was definitely crap! and kiwi! What a shame nz on air. Jon will make it cool...I reckon! I was worried it would be a roadie show at first- I don't think I'd like that.

Agreed it's all in the presentation - but completely disagree on everthing needing to be RACE focussed. Believe me, the most mundane of cycling activities can be portratyed in a interesting way.

Keep in mind it's a CYCLING show. This includes everyone, not just lycra clad roadies...

Just point out how cycling is NZ's #5 participation sport.

Agreed, I could think of many more shows that would be better replaced with something related to cycling. Maybe it could be weather sensitive, so when it rains, the satellite automatically reverts everything on TV to bicycle action

Something I'd like to see is a segment showcasing various riding spots around the country. Always looking for something to aid in planning road trips!

If I could watch it streamed online at anytime from say, air date until the next episode airs, that would be way awesome. Stupid TV and it's time based AV entertainment, lol I don't even own a TV!

And I'd rather watch a race/cool ride, if it's cut together in an exciting way, with some good music in the background. But of course you can always mute the commentary and put your own music on.

And sneak peeks at upcoming parts and and gadgets, and interviews, and random tips, and community orientated stuff. Biking is fairly unique in thats it's recreation/sport/and transport, hopefully any show would reflect this and not have any of the 'style' of other sports shows.


But hey, I'm just a fat guy who bikes to and from work and likes gadgets.

I second the fat guy who likes gadgets, doesn't have a TV & just rides to work (he sounds a lot like me!)

Also, note to Tama/ID, how about a little heads-up below the voting panel prompting to you to log in if you want to vote? It took me a few minutes of head-scratching and checking that my scripting etc was on before I finally tried the log-in approach (and successfully cast my vote).
