These will run every Thursday evening from 29 October 2009 until 4th March 2010 and we have a number of projects lined up

They will start at 6pm and we will generally meet at the Gate at the end of Waiu St or at the gate at the top of Wainuiomata Hill Rd so please check before turning up.

We recommend that you bring some gloves and a drink. We will provide tools, although you are welcome to bring your own and there will be a light supper provided.

Looks like the weather won't be too bad so tonight I'll be working on the lower part of Jungle Gym cutting back vegetation and doing a couple of repairs to some sections that haven't held up as well as the rest of the track.

If you'd like to join me, meet me at the gate at the end of Waiu St at 6pm and we'll walk up the track working as we go.

Next week Tryfan will be working on the extension to Beeline, more details to follow as they come to hand.

We'll be cleaning up the top of Jungle Gym walking down cutting growth back and fixing up a few bits of track that are showing some wear.

Meet at the gate at the top of Wainuiomata hill road at 6pm. If you can bring some garden shears or loppers it would be appreciated, other tools will be provided.

Well the top of Jungle Gym has had a bit of a tickle up so you shouldn't whack your face with ferns or small trees and one badly off camber corner along with a few bits of track with drainage issues have been fixed up.

Next week will see us working on extension to beeline again for a few weeks. Hope to see you there...

This week Tryfan will be working on the Beeline extension.

He'll be working from about 4pm with the kids.

Good turn out tonight, many thanks to all those that came along, I would mention you all by name but I hopeless at remembering them We made some good progress and it looks like the track will be done by Christmas...

Tryfan assures me he has done the jump after the big roller and it's very doable, me personally, I prefer keeping my wheels on the ground so will hold out till the nana line to the left is built.

Plans for next week are for more of the same, although probably starting a 5pm. I'll confirm the detail later.

Good turn out tonight, beeline extension is about 1 dig away from being able to be ridden from end to end, although there is a lot of tweaking to do to it before it's finished. We will probably take a break from it next week, although Shannon and the lads may do some of the tweaking if they feel like it.

Yeah, snails probably has 2-3 digs to go until it can be ridden end to end and then a few more till it's finished up to Jim's high standards...

We'll only do a Thursday night dig on Snails if Jim wants to come along and lead one, given he can't make Sundays any more...

Other than that I think the next Thursday night project after Beeline will be the Link track, but we'll sort that out at the committee meeting next week..

We'll be working on the Beeline extension from 5:00pm. Catch Tryfan on the trail. This should get the trail opened up as well as allowing some work to be done on special features.

There will also be one more Thursday evening working bee for the year on the 17th then we'll take a break until the new year, probably returning on the 7th or 14th depending on who's around during the holiday
