I'm all for moderation. But I sometimes see inconsistencies.

For example:
CK is allowed to be here til he posts something obnoxious, or he pisses a mod off with something on par with other vorbii's comments??

We can make derogaratory comments about women, gays etc which pass as humour (because mods think it's funny), but can't post a bum bum video because they don't think it's funny, or don't like "itsthatguy" ????

I get it...it's just like the real world.

the basic mistake you are making is thinking that this is a democracy, or that you have rights. You need to adjust your mindset to that of a medieval peasant, faced with crop failure, stillborn calves, or mysterious illness; find a virgin to sacrifice, or a woman to blame as a witch, because the gods just dont give a crap.

Thats probably why I hardly ever deleted anything when I was a a mod, many many moons ago, Im not easily offended and find a hell of a lot of stuff amusing! :D
I fact I think the only stuff I did delete was out and out abuse, which I dont find amusing. :hmmm:

That's why I deleted everything when I was as mod. I have no sense of humour :hmmm:

If i was a mod - i would just delete things to piss people that i don't like off. Then i would ban them so that they could not express how pissed off they were. Then i would sit back with a coffee and amuse myself with thoughts of them sitting in front of their computer, with steam coming out of their ears like angry cartoon characters.

That would be fun.

May I ask who's doing the press release? -Seems Mikey hasn't been honest about the other 14 people he has..ah... consummated with? Better let the nation knows before he take up his new position as Breakfast host in the New Year. Maybe that way we can get Paul Henry back?

I see a trend with Ms J.

She likes controversial outspoken males.

No Cruiser - I like good people with good hearts...other than that i am not picky.

It is comments like the one above that started the whole scandal in the first place / caused me to end the relationship. I don't see how who anyone is ..."ahhhh...consumating"...anything with has to do with anyone's careers or ability to do their jobs. What anyone is doing in the privacy of their own homes...unless illegal...is no one's business but their own.

It's silly people that would like "press releases" in order to destroy lives...when people have done nothing wrong...that i don't like.

well said.

I agree. Personally I don't care, and I don't think most people do. I'd rather have someone doing a good job, than have an ineffective model of society..
