I am a Canterbury riding fanatic and am up in Auckland this weekend. I have heard heaps about Woodhill and am keen to have a crack, actually its allI have been thinking about since we booked the tickets!!

Anyway without a car and no local knowledge I am a bit lost. Is there a bus that can take me from down town, can I ride out or even someone going out on Saturday with a spare seat? Gas money will be provided of course.

Going to Auckland and not hitting Woodhill would be a bit like going to Las Vegas and not going to a casino.

Any help would be really appreciated

That's not really true, i used to do it every week on my singlespeed. Takes about 2 - 2 1/2 hours each way, plus trail time of course.
