Wooden Kicker

Postby suttonclan on Mon 2/Sep/13 3:34pm

I'm looking to build a few jumps in the back yard but have 1 slight problem....There's a 1.8m high fence in the way of my run in (cant take it down as it keeps my dogs in) so I figured id just slap up a wooden kicker and a dirt landing, sounds simple enough but some help on how high I'm going to need to make said kicker would be great, I want a decent gap so dog cant jump off the landing and bust out. so a gap between the launch n the fence the a similar gap between the fence and the landing...???

Cheers in advance for any help.

P.S: I already had the idea of just making the launch 1.8m high to make sure I don't slam into the fence, im looking for actual dimensions on transition angles etc....
