You can sneak them in if carefully packaged in tuna cans.

Ordered 11-25 cassette
Wiggle sent 11-25 cassette but in the box was a 12-15 cassette
Sent back to wiggle the incorrect cassette, wiggle credited non discounted price plus postage of $16.08.
Wiggle sent back correct 11-25 no charge. Plus they paid me $30 by crediting back at the non discounted price.

Try seeing if your LBS would do that!

Wiggle have my $4000 annual bike parts spend for 2012! hahahaha

Ordered one tyre, got two instead. Asked if I should send it back but they said "Don't bother".

And the replacement casette arrived today, 11-25 on the sealed box, 12-25 inside!

Hi Ho, Hi Ho its off to Wiggle I go!

Hmmm - I just ordered a 11-25 from Chainreaction. Hopefully I don't get the 12. I've never had an 11 on my bike before.

So if I order some shoes, I will automatically charged with 10% tax? no matter what the values are

They only bother to bill you if they can collect at least 50$ (duty plus gst).

Thought I'd give them a try, went for their tight-ass free postage/processing option.

Processed in 2 days, sat in my mail box 7 days after that. Order was a whisker over $400

Very impressed with that. I think with a larger order I'd pay for the order tracking. Just for the excitement of following your orders journey

No. I brought in some Shimano 315's $318 NZD landed. No charges at all, even came Royal Mail International / Parcel Force.

Best price in NZ was $499

yeah, i was impressed with the speed of my delivery at the cheapest freeby option. Was only a $110 order tho. And my $355 CRC order got here just as quick, and no taxman interference.
