I'm cutting farts as if I had a breakfast such as that one this morning. But I didn't.

I think it's the pizza I had last night.

I love riding for a cooked breakfast, then lunch and a glass of wine. My only issue with smoking while riding is that it normally burns to fast.

As for farting, most blokes would be happy it lasts for 12 seconds, changes tone 3 times and smells so bad the dog leaves the room.

No No, I think Farty's right. No longer shall I ride for enjoyment, only to better my fittness and self worth. To achieve this I will no longer drink beer after a ride as if anyone see's me they might think I'm biking for the wrong reasons. Or.........

Farty's a knob. Reyhdration and habit justification and social interaction are the main reasons we ride, and if we accidentally get fit that's a big bonus. Bikes and beer FTW (and deep fried potato products) :p :p

......... I too made a movement this morning. It broke the water line and just lay there against the back of the bowl. Bloody sure if it had arms it would have put it's hands behind its head and smiled :D :D

It's a lovely picture, very well balanced, but I am a bit concerned about the nutrition content of this meal - on the one hand I can see at least 3 vegetables (spuds, tomatoes, mushrooms), which could still have vitamins and minerals, and on the other hand there are some important food groups missing - black pudding for the health qualities of pig blood, sausages for the energy content of pig fat, and liver for the high cholesterol.

If that stuff was as bad for us as they say it is, the people who eat it would all die off and the earth would be populated only by those who eat muesli, scroggin, bran and organic free range raw vegetables.
