What's it like to be 40?I have set myself one 'athletic' goal to achieve and that is to run 10km in under 40 minutes, I tried it on my shakey running legs at the weekend and recorded a tardy 62 min so a long way to go
I'm not up for any cycling fitness challenges since of lost most my cycling form due to sickness and crap weather.
