What's the process involved for vehicles that are seen breaking the law? eg. failure to give way to a cycle cop. Is it lights on until they pull over (if this is the case, what if they don't?), call a car in to support, or licence plate recorded and followed up at a later date?

What are their bike skills like?
Can they do wheelies, stoppies, bunny hops, ride down stairs at pace? If they can't they aren't going to be much use in a chase.
