On my training roadie I have 6500km on a 105/SLX chain and it is still great, will be interesting to see what sort of mileage I get from it. I will be doing testing of different chains because of my training mileage (around 20,000km a year) I need a very reliable chain.

I make a XTR chain last a year of racing and fast trail riding on my XC bike and Have only had 1 breakage in 3 chains and I tend to change gears like a mong, hence my nickname "The crunchomatic 3000"
