What Are The Best New Trails At Woodhill?

Postby Spokes on Sat 4/Sep/10 9:06am

Getting back into it after a 2 year break. Not been up for a long time, so what newer trails are good?

I didn't think good trails and woodhill really went together?

Some of the Woodhill trails have been riding superbly lately, especially after a day of dry weather.

Meh, I would go to Riverhead which is way betterer but its been bucketing down so wont be ridable. So Woodhill will have to do.

I've heard good things about Amyl Nitrate if you're after a jump or six. Backroad and Python if you're after some nice flow. Hope to check them out over Christmas when I'm up there.

Trails riding superb this morning.

Best are

Big Mumma
Afterglow (new berms added) very very fast...
Amyl NItrate (that rocked)
Jumps
Python
Lightning
Tree Huggas

The further out the better.

And the boys have done a whole heap of berming work on new and old trails which is shown on the notice board next to the Coffee shop

Its hard packed, sticky and fast....and there is virtually no one there today

Saw 7 deer (two bigs stags) on the access road at 7.10am and then another herd of 7 deer on Haggis tail

I like berms :)

What are some trails with cool berms at Woodhill?

Tried Spaghetti, Link, Cookie at the weekend, and interested in any others.
