WEll, awesome build today had some extra helpers that made the job all the more sweet and fast, got the stays for the Seesaw in and it is now fully ridable, i have claedred a track off the exit of the seesaw to flow down and onto the existing trail , just need to pedal a bit...

Had a ride on the new bike OMG it is sooo light gonna have to get used to that, rear shock needs to have a heavier spring in it but front feels mint as, all in all very very happy..

Had some sessioning on all tracks, had an awesome day really.....

Will be looking at doing a ride Tuesday and Thursday Arvo round tea time probably will post up and let you know ;)

Oh and YES Lankyguy it IS mine :D :D

Hi guys,
We are up that way soon and were wondering what the best way to ride your tracks (DH) is.
Can we ride anytime? Do we need to check with anyone first? Directions?etc
If someone could post up the general gist of things it would be really appreciated. Sorry if it has all been mentioned back in the thread, but can't find it through all the posts.
Hope to see you soon.

Yeah man sweet as, No permission needed , (only for building), DONT go ripping down the main road only ride on trails,...

http://maps.google.co.nz/maps?near=Abbe ... =UTF8&z=14

this link should get you to where you need to be, Failing that search Whareora Rd..... On there you will see "Abbey Caves Rd" if you drive up this road from the Whareora rd end you will come to a Carpark on your left, park there lock your car and go in from there, the trail map i have added will show the tracks Roughly, it doesnt show the XC tracks but Most of the DH trails are now sign posted any probs just post up.... I will hopefully be up there Tues and Thurs Late arvo for rides, rode the trials today and they are pretty good ...

Have Fun :) :)

Hey umm just so your aware I have been rebuilding the jumps at the dog pound. Just thought I'd say in case someone was flipping out. They need a good over haul as they are getting a bit shit.

Sweet man , just let Lankyguy know about it because i think he was doing some work there , but if a couple of you want to get together and make the area better , by all means go for it, just let me know if you are planning anything big ...... ;)

Sweet as. At this point I have just been re-shaping the lip for the 2nd jump and will probably re-work the landing to suit. No other major plans on the go...but I have been scoping out a new line. Not going to take it on myself tho as it would require either a digger or a few extra hands.
