Heh Hude.. what about making it gravel thru there with the same idea of yours with the Nover flow ( spelling), just trying to make it more maintenance free, the gravel is down by the Tank and im sure the Guys wont mind us using that, plus it would add in drainage...

Due to my contacts at Rosvalls i am able to get a Cube of treated decking for around $100 instead of the usual $600 yay still gonna see if i can get better than this still but im still looking plus they have a shiot load of untreated decking which is no good ( due to knots etc) now to sweet talk my way in and pack it and get it treated on a run........! Yeah boyee, god i love my job and it's perks!!!!.

Decking is pretty big to around 25x80 or so ....good coverage

Hi'
Haven't been able to source any novaflo as been at refinery all week.
Gravel would certainly add to stabilizing it in y=the wet.
Getting it up there may be a bit difficult.

Good score with the timbr. See you sunday

Warning

As some of you may have seen in the Northern Advocate ( i think) a Local Whangarei Man who regularly walks his dogs in the Parahaki Region, had one of his dogs maimed Tuesday just gone, the dog recieved lacerations to both hind legs. the dog is ok but is in and out of the vets having its legs re-wrapped every second day. I am waiting on more information but the police have been involved and apparently the hill got closed off while they tried to figure out where all the blood in the carpark came from, i will let everybody know more as the story unfolds.

This is just a warning to all riders and or walkers in the region, if you know of anyone who does walk in this area please alert them to this message, there is suspicion as to what caused the cuts to the dog but there is talk of broken bottles being pushed into the ground to protect cannibis crops etc etc or any other device for that matter, if you see ANYTHING suspicious or slightly out of place on our trails please let me know asap ( 09 4597921) my main concern is for riders riding trails with this sort of crap in the way, i will be checking the Gimp trail tomorrow, but as i said i am unaware of the exact location of the accident.

I am aware that the Gimp is probably un ridable but if people can stay away from there anyway that would be much appreciated, and i will keep everyone posted on whats happening

Cheers Dan Quinn

Mean build today, have cleaned up Roller Coaster again and made more smooth, watch out for the drain at the bottom bridge, have carved out the jump a bit making it wider and slightly hipped, also got some spray down too, and slashed alot of the gorse.

We havwe also carved out the berm atthe bottom of the motorway and next week we wioll be building a drop and bypass ramp into the exit, which will lead into 2 berms leading over to roller coaster, and we will eventually cut in another berm behind the big one in order to incorporate the stepdown of the dirt jumps into the track as well funfunfun, we will making the line onto the road more straight and smooth as well
